What is massage good for?

Massage can be great for many things, here are just some of the benefits you can experience:

  • promotes relaxation
  • can help induce sleep and/or improve sleep quality
  • relieves muscular tension, aches and pains
  • can help improve muscle tone
  • can help with lymphatic drainage, flushing out toxins from the body
  • great alongside the use of other therapies ie. physiotherapy, osteopathy
