What is massage good for?
Massage can be great for many things, here are just some of the benefits you can experience:

- can help induce sleep and/or improve sleep quality
- relieves muscular tension, aches and pains
- can help improve muscle tone
- can help with lymphatic drainage, flushing out toxins from the body
- great alongside the use of other therapies ie. physiotherapy, osteopathy
